Bobby brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership roles across several industries to his position as Head of People Operations at ICE. He also has eight years of experience in HR and Management Consulting and has worked extensively on consulting and pro-bono work for non-profit organizations including as a Certified Crisis Hotline Counselor, and current Advisory Board Member for My Life My Power Institute. He holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and two bachelor’s degrees from the University of California at Davis. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his miniature Schnauzer and focusing on fitness and nutrition.
