With more than 20 years of experience in information security and network engineering, Emmanuel brings strong technology experience to his position as Network Security and Information Manager at ICE. He has worked as a senior network engineer, manager, and in operations positions for companies including Unocal/Union 76, Mitsubishi Electric Cypress CA, Mitsubishi Semiconductor, and Time Warner as well as leading tech companies such as Loudcloud, WebMD, Netflix, Facebook, and Varian Medical Systems. He holds a BS in Information Technology from Cal Poly University, Pomona. A long-time LA Lakers and Rams fan, he enjoys traveling, faith and family, and staying healthy and fit.
