Before ICE, he led a team of 15 engineers in managing data centers and a NOC (Network Operations Center) in multi-national companies with offices in the US, Asia, and Europe, and worked at i2C in California and Emitac Mobile Solutions in Dubai UAE. Passionate about delivering top-notch customer services and IT automation, he holds a MIST in Information Systems and Technology from the Preston Institute of Management in Karachi, Pakistan, and a BS in Electrical Engineering. He enjoys playing and watching Cricket, hiking, and traveling.
